Learn how to dance the most social dance of flamenco, Sevillanas!
Sevillanas is a very beautiful dance that is essential to any flamenco party, feria, etc.
These classes are open to men and women and a CD of Sevillanas music will be provided for each student.

August 11th: Compas and Choreography of the four coplas of sevillanas.
From 10:00am to 1:00pm
Price: $60 pre-paid or $75 drop-in

August 12th: Follow-up class. Review of compas & Choreography with music.
From 12:00pm to 2:00pm
Price: $30 pre-paid or $40 drop-in.

Registration begins immediately and will close on Monday, August 6th, 2007.
The 2nd day will be open to anyone who already knows Sevillanas and wants to come in and practice.
If there are enough people interested, a juerga flamenca/flamenco party will be organized,if possible, the following weekend. This will give you a chance to review what you learned at the workshop.
